Wilsonhalligan, a leading British company specialized in the recruitment of highly qualified personnel, has joined Acquera Group, which now expands its range of yachting services. The Wilsonhalligan management team will remain in place following this acquisition.
Acquera Group has acquired a majority stake in Wilsonhalligan, a British company specializing in the search and selection of professionals for the superyacht, maritime shoreside, and private household markets. Wilsonhalligan thus joins the Group.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Fareham, UK, Wilsonhalligan is an international leader in recruitment for the nautical and maritime industry. The business has scaled in size and reach as it has consolidated experience selecting highly qualified individuals for owners, shipyards, yachting companies, and high-profile private residences.
This acquisition represents a new milestone in Acquera Group’s growth strategy, aimed at building an increasingly integrated ecosystem of services for the yachting industry. With the addition of Wilsonhalligan, the Group expands into the recruiting segment, further growing the expertise and solutions it offers its clients across the entire value chain.
