Acquera Yachting Welcomes the INTERNATIONAL University of Monaco: Education at the Heart of Corporate Strategy

May 29, 2026

Acquera Yachting hosted students from the International University of Monaco at its Venice headquarters to launch a strategic educational project. This collaboration reflects the company’s commitment to develop the sector through education.

Yesterday, the Venetian headquarters of Acquera Yachting hosted students from the Master of Science (MSc) in Luxury Management at the International University of Monaco, Hospitality & Events specialization, for a day of training and hands-on exchange. The meeting marked the formal launch of an outstanding collaboration aimed at combining the academic rigor of the prestigious Monegasque university with the practical experience of one of the world’s leading superyacht agencies.

Education represents one of the founding pillars of Acquera Yachting and through this project, coordinated and managed directly by the Human Resources department, the company demonstrates its commitment to nurturing talent and promoting a generational exchange of skills.

“The meeting yesterday confirmed how vital dialogue with the new generations of professionals is for us,” stated Diana Guidi, Chief HR Officer of Acquera Yachting. “Investing in educational projects with prominent partners such as the University of Monaco is not only an act of responsibility, but also a strategic opportunity to gain fresh and innovative perspectives. Our mission is to promote the integration of academic education with the business world, offering students practical experience that supports their professional and personal development.”

During their visit to the Venice headquarters, the students had the opportunity to immerse themselves in Acquera Yachting’s operational dynamics, receiving details of the business case they will be working on over the coming months. The challenge set by the company requires students to analyse real issues within the luxury hospitality sector and to develop innovative and actionable solutions, demonstrating their ability to apply theory to complex business scenarios.

Following the day spent in Venice, the students will work on developing their proposals. The program will conclude in June at the International University of Monaco, where the final projects will be officially presented, showcasing the practical and strategic insights developed.

This initiative strengthens Acquera Yachting’s positioning as a forward-thinking company, capable of creating a tangible and educational impact within the yachting and high-end hospitality sectors.
