This year we will launch the final and complete version of AcqueraPro, our digital platform that will cover the whole Med with more than 130 ports. The main objective is to elevate the client experience and enhance the fulfilment of all services requested by the yacht. One of the main tool allows the users (Captains, charter brokers, management companies) to budget the port of call costs for their itinerary, given that the rates for services such as berth fees, formalities, agency fee, pilots and garbage collection are not readily accessible. If now Captains have to rely on Yacht Agents to prepare a quote when budgeting for a port of call, AcqueraPro can change the way of working: the tool cuts out processes and introduces efficiency and transparency for the yacht, giving immediate access to all tariffs.
Another important instrument of AcqueraPro is the fully automated online form filling process. AcqueraPro simplifies and unifies the process of form filling. Just fill in the information and digitally sign the form, avoiding all the bureaucracy and red tape that normally comes after. All documents can be saved in a pdf file and stored in the app, making AcqueraPro an unrivalled platform within the Industry.

AcqueraPro solves another crucial issue: the fact that during a port of call Captains can sometimes find it difficult to keep track of all the services and related expenses in real time. This is especially relevant for charter yachts, where the demand for services from guests is continuous and tends to be last minute.
